Welcome to GoEvent Relay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our done-for-you event follow-up setup service (the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

GoEvent Relay provides event planners with custom-built follow-up systems, including branded contact forms, QR codes, email/SMS message templates, and delivery of all assets within 48 hours. These are designed to help increase post-event engagement, repeat bookings, and referrals.

2. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• Refunds are available if requested within 48 hours of delivery and prior to your event date.

• After the event date no refunds will be issued, even if the system was not used.

• There are no monthly contracts or recurring charges unless you explicitly choose a support plan (see Section 4).

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information on intake forms and complete it so we can begin setup.

• You agree to review and approve the follow-up materials before use.

• You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service, including privacy and anti-spam laws.

• You must obtain proper consent from event attendees to collect and contact their data.

• You are responsible for sending out communications unless you purchase a plan that includes automation.

4. Support & Ongoing Services (Optional Add-Ons)

GoEvent Relay offers two optional support plans beyond the initial $147 setup:

A. $97/month Automation Plan

• We handle all follow-up messaging delivery via email and/or SMS

• Ongoing optimization and technical support included

• Ideal for frequent event planners who want full hands-off automation

B. $47/Event Pay-As-You-Go Plan

• You receive a branded landing page, contact form, and follow-up emails

• You manually send emails/SMS (instructions provided)

• Automation is not included

• Ideal for planners who run occasional or private events and want low-cost support

5. Intellectual Property

• All templates, emails, and automation workflows remain the property of GoEvent Relay until full payment is received.

• After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the materials for your events.

• You may not resell, copy, or distribute our templates outside your own organization.

6. Limitation of Liability

• GoEvent Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We do not guarantee specific results such as increased bookings or sales, though we strive to provide high-quality service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

• You breach any terms outlined here

• You fail to provide required materials (e.g. intake form data)

• You engage in unethical use of the system, including spam or harassment

If service is terminated before delivery and no misuse occurred, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be given after delivery if you violated any terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the U.S. state where GoEvent Relay is registered. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in that jurisdiction’s courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and publish the new version on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
